Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that smart gardens are clean and all components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
