How long does shipping take for my smart garden?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Do I need to add plant food or fertilizer?
No extra fertilizer is needed. Our Smart Soil technology already contains all the necessary nutrients for your plants to thrive throughout their entire life cycle.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your Click & Grow purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund.
How much electricity do the grow lights consume?
Our smart gardens are highly energy-efficient. Depending on the model, they use approximately 8W to 13W of power, which typically costs less than $2-3 per year to operate.
What happens if my plant pods don't sprout?
We stand by our Sprout Guarantee. If a plant pod fails to germinate within 21 days, please contact our support team and we will send you a replacement pod free of charge.
Can I use my own seeds in the smart garden?
Yes, you can use our 'Experimental' plant pods which contain our specialized Smart Soil without any pre-inserted seeds, allowing you to plant whatever you choose.
